Request letter for exemtion from gate pass
Please help me with my grammar..
Dear Ma’am:
Good day!
This is in relation to the newly implemented memorandum in which employees from Factory 2 who will be going to Factory 1, 3, 4A and 4B for any work related transactions must provide a duly approved gate pass to monitor departure of Factory 2 personnel as well as the arrival from other factories.
We would like to request your good office to provide white band to below personnel as exception from furnishing a gate pass going to above-mentioned inter factories as they will be having daily transactions.
