Letter Writing
request letter for cross enrollment
please help me how to write a formal letter. Kindly,correct my sentences if you have suggestions. So,this is my request letter. I am addressing to the dean.
Dear Madam:
I would like to ask permission to cross enroll in the college of education. I am a BS Mathematics 4th year student.I was being advised by our department to take the Plane and Solid Mensuration this semester so that I will not exceed in 6 years.I belonged to the old curriculum S.Y 2008-2011 and the said subject was not offered anymore to the new curriculum.I tried to inquire in the engineering department but they only offered two units for that subject.So,I went to the education department and they offered 5 units for that subject.
Please help me also how to put a closing paragraph.
