Request letter for

Dear friends,

i like to get a letetr sample that , about one telephone number :-

2939191 is the telephone number now this is under in diffrent company name, i want to request to them this nuber for our company name ,becouze they are not using the same number now, so i want change this number to my company name for that i need a no objection letter from the pervious company.

how can i request to them ,that sample taht request letter sample i need :-
