hello,
i find it hard to write a letter to ask permission to conduct a survey in a company. can you help me??
this is my draft:
Sir/Madam,
My thesis requirement for the BS.....(course and university) is to administer survey questionnaire to selected employees who are my target participants for my research study entitled (title).
In this connection, please grant me the permission to conduct the above research to selected employees of your company.With high hope that this study will extend service to your management, I wish to communicate the results and work for possible interventions to serve the needs of the said emloyees (benefits)
My deepest gratitude for the consideration and support you have extended. God Bless.

Hi Anon: I would ask a little differently. You need to be more specific - how many participants? What job levels?

I would ask a little differently.
You need to be more specific - how many participants? What job levels?
You need to assure the company of the following points in as short a paragraph as possible:
1) It won't take the participants very long to complete (i.e distract them from their work)
2) It won't upset the participants.
3) The privacy
