First, I would like to give thanks or acknowledge JAL International Co. for all the help and confidence entrusted to me.

I am Peter Alarcon Layos with JAL employee no., PH-3137 and an AutoCAD Operator in your Department since I joined JAL last 05 June 2010.

For my three (3) years, I have shown and executed my job with honesty and dedication and I wish for to continue this kind of contribution; and to achieve more efforts for the betterment of our Projects or Company.

In this connection, I would like to request from your respectable office to approve my leave-out status. Due to my family wants to visit here in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia
