Request! Help me to write a sponsor letter.

Hi to every one who read and help this =)

First of all, sorry for my bad english as i really need help here

Im currently working in a cyber café, and 21st of July we are going to run an event called "Sabah Games Sports Day" and we going to do a lucky draw event and games competition event for 3 months. So im going to write a letter about asking sponsor for prizes, cash or voucher.


As the games competition, we are going to run as league for 3 months. As the lucky draw, we are going to run for 3 month too, every customer that rent our computer for 2 hours and they will get a coupon to participate the lucky draw, and 3½ hours will get 3 coupon. So at the end of our event, we will drawn the lucky draw which is after 3 month.
