Request for trees investigation
Please help me correct the following draft letter . Thank you.
I refer to a joint site meeting with a District Mayor called Mr. Thompson on 13.05.2016. Mr. Johnson cited the nearby resident's deep concern about the health of 3 number of roadside trees at Bottle Road, stating those trees had a number of abnormal symptoms such as sparse leaves, leaning towards the traffic road and wounds on their trunk and branches. In view of the above trees under your management being questioned by Mr. Johnson posing safety threat to the public safety there, I wish you could look into the matter promptly and carry out appropriate measures on the trees. Please get back to me once your investigation complete.
