REQUEST FOR TRANSFER FROM ONE PLACE TO AN OTHER PLACE
Dear Sir,
It is humbly submitted that I have been working as -------- at your Tando Allahyar Branch. I would like to request you that my son was admitted in the Hospital for about 22 days under the observation of the various doctors. In this connection various medical reports were carried out during staying at Hospital i.e MRI,CT Scan etc, after observing of the medical reports of my son idetified Brain Haemmrage, and abnormal. As per the instructions received from the various doctors to monitor and continuing timely medical check ups time to time. Therefore, my current posting at Tando Allahyar Branch, and I can't shut my office during working hours in order to take my son to the Hyderabad- Hospital.In such circumstances, I request you to kindly transfer me from Tando Allahyar to Hyderabad, as I can easily take care of my son.
