Thanks alot for your earlier reply. It is further requested to help me with the meanings of the bold words/phrases. Moreover, the expected meanings of the words have been mentioned with question-mark in parenthesis. It is also requested to check for the correctness of the meanings too.

5.Here's your magazine cart. Each patient is allowed to take up to three. (each patient can take upto three magazines?)

6. I'll know all there is to know, including his name ....

7. I'll ride up with you and put these on your cart.
