Request for services improvement
Can anybody help me improve the following draft letter requesting fro services improvement? Thank you very much.
Dear Ms. Wilson,
We would like to draw your attention to the growing customer’s discontentment about the horticultural services provided by your company at our clubhouse. To be honest, we have consistently received a number of complaints associated with your substandard horticultural services in recent months, which see the widespread of overgrown shrubs and weeds at lots of planting areas, the frequent shortage and even absence of workers to perform necessary horticultural duties and more importantly, the rapid growth of mosquitos mainly caused by the overgrown shrubs and weeds.
Since the persistent existence of the above undesirable situations highly undermine the amenity value of our clubhouse and some of complainants have declared to escalate the matter to the Regional Government if the situations remain unchanged, we trust that you, being a law-abiding contractor, shall carry out prompt measures to rectify the situations such as by deploying more staff or by distributing more time for the horticultural works. In view of seriousness of the case, please update us the progress of your rectification work with detailed written report by the end of this month.
