Request for Salary increase

Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to discuss my compensation. First of all I would like to thank you for offering me the Architectural Draftsman at XYZ.

I kindly request a salary increment, because I have to move for rent house with my family and present economic circumstances, my salary is insufficient to support myself and my family. Also when I am joining with XYZ I asked you about very low compensation according to the current market.

Therefore I would like to kindly ask you to consider a salary adjustment for the cost of living and current market salary scale for the my position.

I’m very interested in XYZ and I would happily accept if you could match my offer. I understand that not everything can be accomplished, but I’m willing to be flexible and find a good solution. I’m confident that I can make valuable contributions to the company, and I hope we can come to a mutual agreement.
