Request for reimburse one day deducted salary
Please help me to correct this letter.
Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I have been granted a 30 days leave from dt. 26th Aug 2018 to 26th Sep 2018, as an annual leave. Unfortunately, I beg pardon that I was taken an extra one day dtd. 23rd Aug 2018, due to flight unavailability. Hence my one day salary has been deducted from our accounts department.
I kindly request you to consider my situation and approve the reimburse of this amount to my account.
