Request for refund

Mr. Ali,

We would like to request a refund for the Site Training Services of $ 1,000.00 which we have paid through TT to you on 29/09/1010. As the training have not been conducted since Sept 2010, which already more than one year, and yet our customer request us to refund the Training Charges to them.

We hope you can understand our situation, and would appreciate it if the refund can be made to us as soon as possible.

We attached our PO for your convenience. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
