Request for rectification work
This office has recently received two complaint referrals from the County Council, stating the discontentment from different members of public about a defective water meter box at Sunshine Road and both of them were fearful of the box becoming a breeding ground for the mosquitos. Having checked the water meter box by our staff last Friday, the box was found without a cover and storing a large amount of water. Since the coverless water meter box has have relatively low usage rate and sometimes abandoned for use in recent years, we wish to seek your assistance in demolishing the whole water meter box for easing the hygiene concern caused by it. In view of the urgency of the case, your feedback on the requested work by 20.10.2016 is highly appreciated as we can provide a timely reply to the parties concerned. Likewise, according to your previous e-mail dated 15.09.2016, your repair work on the uneven floor at Sunshine Road is scheduled to begin on 13.10.2016, for our better logistic and publicity management as well as to efficiently accommodate your work, please re-confirm the commencement date of your work and let us know the entry of your work team and work materials.
