Hi, can anyone review my homework? It's supposed do be a paragraph written in academic style. I'm doing this kind of thing for the first time, so I'm not really sure if it's right... anyway, if someone would be so kind as to proofread this and give me some feedback, I'dbe very grateful (the topic: Provide examples of problems that 1st year students might face when they move to a different city to study)

For most 1st year students, moving to another city to study often involves a wide range of stressful and troublesome situations.
The crucial point on the list of issues that can cause distress is to find a suitable dwelling. It appears that most students seek to obtain the lowest price possible, whereas the preferable location and decent quality are also desired. In fact, these conditions are not easily met simultaneously, therefore one might be forced to accept objectionable conditions.
The second most significant matter considers lack of knowledge concerning transportation system of the city. Indeed, navigating through completely unknown urban centre may lead to disorientation, losing the direction, and finally panic, especially when hastiness is involved.
Finally,perhaps the most mundane of all is managing the domestic duties, such as preparing food, or cleaning the house. An individual who is not accustomed to attending in these activities in own family home can suddenly feel overwhelmed by the new responsibilities. As a result one can neglect these activities, letting the house immerse in chaos and substituting fast food for nutritious meal.

As one can see from these examples, changing one’s environment which is supposed to be an exciting experience can be utterly spoiled by many unpredicted inconveniences.
