Request for One week Leave

Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you that there is a severe natural calamity XYZ has been taken place on last Thursday 03rd May, 2019 in my district in India.

Due to this severe cyclonic storm, complete connectivity has been disrupted and there is no news about my family. I am not also able to connect with the last 4 days with my family, because of electricity, telephone, and other services have complete disrupt. I am not able to know how they are at this moment. I am in fully tensioned about their life and safety.

In this time my family needs my support, I, therefore, request you to kindly grant me one-week leave from dt. 15/05/2019 to 21/05/2019, so I can reach to my family in India to support them and share their pain in this horrific situation.
