Respected Sir,

With due respect, I am writing to request for one day combined leave between weekend and National holidays leave on dt. 01/12/2019, as we have a small ring ceremony engagement program of my both daughters on 02nd December 2019. As a father my presence should require for necessary arrangements.

Sir, I want to inform you that according to the previous publication of the UAE government holiday list, I was planned my both daughters ring ceremony and I buy an Air Ticket. But, just a few days back the UAE Government has revised the holidays and a newly revised holiday list was published. In this situation, if I will cancel my ticket I'll lose 50% of the total ticket amount.

I request you to grant me combined leave for 1 day so I can carry out the necessary preparations and help my family for successful occasion function. It will be your kindness.
