SUB: Permission to apply for Ph.D and to issue No Objection Certificate
With reference to the above, Mangalore University has issued 15 Ph.D Degree seats in Physics I wish to apply for part time Ph.D Degree and appear for the entrance exam. If I am selected I promise to carry out my Degree without disturbing my duties and activities of the college. It would be major turning point in my career. I kindly request you to grant me permission to submit the application and to issue no objection certificate.
