Request for leave
DEAR PRINCIPAL MADAM,
AS I HAVE ALREADY INFORM YOU ,WHEN I VISIT THE SCHOOL, REGARDING THE LEAVE FOR OUR CHILDREN XYZ AND XYZ STUDYING IN THE CLASSES 4TH AND 9TH RESPECTIVELY.MY FAMILY EVERY YEAR HAS TO VISIT ABROAD TO GET THE RENEWAL OF THEIR VISAS.
THEREFORE, I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY GRANT THEM A LEAVE FOR 1-2 WEEK FOR MY ELDER SON AND 3-4 WEEKS FOR MY YOUNGER SON.WHICH WILL BE EFFECTIVE FROM 14 DEC 14 ONWARDS.
