Thank you, Mr. Dee for your reply and images. These photos showing, it is normal wear and tear which is normal when a property is used for a long 5-year period. Small scratches on closet in washroom it was there before when we occupied the space (If you remember; we already pointed it out on that time and its condition was good to use. So, we didn’t force to replace it). I agreed with you painting and cleaning.

I hope you understand well and return security deposit in a timely manner since there is no major damage happened and remember value of our good relationship for all these 5 year
