Request for duplicate form 16

I anand Singh would like to request you to issue me an another copy of form 16 for the assessment year 2010 to 2011.some domestic reasons i lost my original copy of form 16 for assessment year of 2010 to 2011 as my home was under construcion.here now i required it for approval of my home loan. i would be very grateful if you could consider my request on priority. i assure U next time i would be extra careful in keeping such imp documents.
