Request for construction work

We have lately received successive complaints from the local residents about the poor health form of plants as well as deteriorated hygienic condition at the planters. Following recent inspections, we find that the above unpleasant conditions are caused by the continues placement of garbage by some homeless people there. Whilst we have tried our effort to strengthen our horticultural maintenance works at the planters and drawn the concerned department's attention to the hygienic issues there, but the poor situation remains unchanged and even tends to turn worse. In this regard, we hope you may consider to fill up the planters by cement and demolish these to address the dissatisfaction of the local residents. Thank you very much.
