Dear HR, I am Mr. Xyz - Tender coordinator from Tender Dept. I have approved my 30 days annual leave from 15/04/21 to 14/04/31. I am entitled a yearly single return ticket to my home town.

Sir, I’m coming from a small city of India, there is no any direct flight to my destination except 2 via routes one is (AUH-MUM-BBI) and 2nd one is (AUH-DEL-BBI) operated by India’s national carrier Air India and only these two routes are convenient for travel.

Sir, attached please find 2 different questions for both routes fair from different travel agents for your consideration and kind approval.
