My name is Elizabeth X. aged 17, I currently live in X, but I'm moving in England, X to my sister in a month. This is to inform you that since yours being among the best schools in the city I would like to join in your school. Your school has a good reputation in the city and in my opinion getting an education in such a school as yours would lead me to a bright future. I kindly request you to consider my request to admission into your esteemed school.

Please help, is this good to send?

You would do well to familiarise yourself with the education system in the UK http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Education_in_the_United_Kingdom , first. People finish school at 16 in the UK but, can attend a sixth form http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sixth_form at 16 or 17. "11th grade" is meaningless, in the UK.
