Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to request you to permit me annual leave for 2month, i.e., October 20 to December 19, 2016.

The reason for this leave application is that, I am married since 3 years. so now we (me & wife) are hoping for a baby. Baby is a one of the most part of our human life. Now my intention is become a father.

I am hoping for your kind consideration regarding this matter. Please grant me leave for this period and wish us well.
