Teacher of Majid Ali L.p school ID no. is 12345 please kindly issue me a copy of form 16 and pay slip for the assessment year 2018 to 2019. The form is required for the approval of my Car loan.So, I would be very grateful if you could fulfill my request and I assure you that I will be extra careful in the future to safeguard such important documents.
