Request correct me please

A)She has to has pass the exams this time?

or

B) She has to have pass the exams this time?

Which one is correct? I gues overall ,I have an issue to use form "have".
Could anyone please help me. Thanks in advance.

(A) is wrong and (B) sounds wierd. It's either: She must have passed the exam this time. or She has to pass the exam.
