Request a salary increment
Dear Sir,
As you are aware that I biren rai, Emp. No.1232, have been working in this esteemed company of yours
since 24, November 2005. I have given
the best of me in my day-to-day duties & responsibilities. In addition, at
present I have been working as a
welder at Madina (MOQ-Offshore) & I know that only by hard
work &
efficiency I have succeeded in
achieving my superior’s faith in me. I admit that the knowledge &
experience I have
had here will surely be fruitful to me. But I regret to mention here that I am not satisfied with the salary or recently
reviewed my salary with 8.1%the company
has been providing me. I didn’t get satisfied increment last year also at
the time of appraisal.
Hence, I here would like to request you
to re-view my salary & provide me with a 25% more increase, salary that
would boost me in giving the company
more than what I have given.
Hope this approach of mine would not go
in vain.
