Request

I am writing this letter to formally request to transfer the office space of claims department in

our 2^nd floor office Unit 203, due to lack of space in our area and we are in need of additional

personnel in our department. And also if we are in a separate working area the conference

will be available everyday for any unexpected meetings, visitors etc. Since Sir Alex of Bethel will

be having his own table with us claims. Also, if there is any client who is complaining with

regards to their claims no other client will be destructed or confused.
