Representatives

1. Does "Representatives from Collett, Dickenson Pearce & Partners clearly located" mean "those who were invited to that Late Show from Collett, Dickenson Pearce & Partners company in that show clearly said that..."?

2. Does Robert Shaw in the blue sentence also speak in the same late Show or does he express his idea somewhere else, like in a book or magazine article?

Context:

The strategies employed in these two campaigns were discussed in a BBC 2 Late Show item on cigarette advertising, screened to coincide with a debate over a bill to ban cigarette advertising which was held at the European Parliament in March 1990. Representatives from Collett, Dickenson Pearce & Partners clearly located their influences as stemming from Dada and Surrealism, quoting Duchamp, Magritte, Dali and Picabia (as well as the closely related work of de Chirico). They claimed that, by turning to these sources, they had experienced a marked degree of creative liberation as well as the opportunity of functioning as artists. Robert Shaw, author of Dada and Surrealism (1980), noted that these advertisers, like their avant-garde predecessors, were interested in creating an effect of defamiliarisation. He was, however, anxious not to take the correspondences too far, as the radically subversive politics of Dada and Surrealism are obviously not deliberately incorporated into these advertisements, which, for Shaw, only really operate at the level of parody (Art and Advertising by Joan Gibbons).
