Reporting an electronic problem.

Hi All,

Could you help me with this, please?

I was using an electronic equipment the other day and it was not working properly while I was operating it.
Now, I have to send it to fixed but I'm not sure how I can report this issue to a technician.

here we go...

When I was using the device on saturday it worked fine, but unfortunately it showed some problems on sunday.

Is it correct?
Can I use the verb "show" to report it?

How would you do it?

Thank you in advance for your attention.

It is impolite to use personal names on the internet unless invited to do so. Use screen names; mine is Mister Micawber.
