Reported speech: Questions.

Hi. I was wondering if anybody would be able to help with with a few questions. I need to turn These Direct speeches into reported .speech. I have ten questions to complete, I have managed to do seven of them, but am struggling with these three. I am finding Reported Speech questions quite difficult. Thanks.

1. "When's your holiday?" Frank asked Andy.

2. "What kind of Ice cream do you want?" the waitress asked us.

3. "Why does it take a long time to travel to the moon?" Amy asked me.

.The first is fine, though 'have' is more likely. The second is not natural.
