Reported speech

I think I can say "Yesterday she said that she is a student now", because yesterday she was a student ant today she continues being a student and it's actual now. Moreover, the idea of putting "was" in the 2-nd part could underline some uncertainty, but there isn't any uncertainty... I'm almost sure that in this case I can break Sequence of Tenses rules. Is it possible/

I do not fully understand your question. However, I think you are just asking about writing the sentence with clarification towards its (your) intended meaning. If that's the case, I would just write "Yesterday, she said that she was a student".

You can, but backshifting (maintaining the sequence of tenses) is always correct too. The listener will understand the sentence the same way regardless of which tense you choose there. It has nothing to do with certainty and uncertainty.
