someone can help me with my homework please ... i need it for today , its about reported speech and im not sure if it is correct .
Tears are good to protect our eyes
Vision is a sense that we have to take care and today with the long work hours, coupled with the solar radiation it can affect then dangerously so we must take steps to keep then healthy, Dr. Jose Roca, President of the Peruvian Society of Ophthalmology said that the computers were the causes of dry eyes so try to keep monitor screen below the eye line , it could help.
Doctor Roca recommend that when it started to happen try to blink the eye and it would start to tear and they were being well lubricated.
The summer season leads us to take care of two things: solar radiation and the spread of conjunctivitis.
Dr. Roca said that we have to use visor and sunglasses with UV protection because diseases appear more when you work outdoors or you walk hours where the sun is at maximum expression. Remember macular degeneration and the cornea increases with solar radiation
If you have an eye emergency during working hours or at home like an object enters to the eye, Dr.Roca recommend you not tried to remove it with your hands . Apply lubricating drops tears expel the foreign body if you treat to remove it with your hands it could worsen the situation.

Sorry. I can't make sense out of all this. I don't think you understand the difference well between direct and reported speech.
