Reported Speech

Hi,
Reporting verbs that express the importance of an action are often followed by 'should'. In American English this is less common and the subjunctive is used.

E.g:
1-They recommended that we (should) stay overnight in Madrid.
2- I insisted she (should) accept payment for the work she had done.

Now, would you please give me an example of the subjunctive form of the above examples?
