Do the modals SHOULD, WOULD, COULD, MUST change in reported speech? I think must changes into HAD TO, but i am not sure about the other modal verbs..

They change if the dependent action is in the past:
He said, "You should get a haircut."
He said that I should have gotten a haircut.
He said, "You should get a haircut."
