I received a call from Tammy yesterday. Initially I was not able to hear her well as there was background noise. She wanted to know what was happening to her insurance application. I informed her that we would be completing her application soon and that we would keep her informed. She sounded anxious and then told me that her doctor had told her that she would not recover from her injuries from the car accident. I said we would call her as soon as we had completed her application.
