I managed to get hold of Trang this morning. I enquired if she had received the email I sent to her last week. Her response was "No." I said I would re-send my email. She expressed that she did not want us to assist her in her case. I wanted to talk further with her to seek her reasons; however, she said she was working therefore she could not talk further with me. She requested that I send her an email with my questions and that she would respond to them.
