I spoke with Dr. Liang yesterday. I told him that my boss would like to speak to him by telephone. He said he now lives in California and that his preference would be a call in the early morning. He said there was about 15 hour difference between Hong Kong and California. He asked me to send him an email with the date and time of the telephone call. He said he would return to Hong Kong probably in May of this year.
