Reported speech

Hi teachers,

I have to translate questions into reported speech, i was wondering which is correct.

1. "Why have you got a rabbit in your arms?"

a. She asked him why he had got a rabbit in his arms.

b. She asked him why he had a rabbit in his arms.

c. She asked him why he got a rabbit in his arms.

d. She asked him why had he got a rabbit in his arms.

e. She asked him why he has got a rabbit in his arms.

or all wrong...

2. "Whe does Warner Theater close?"

a. She asked him when Warner Theater closes.

b. She asked him when did Warner Theater close.

c. She asked him when does Warner Theater close.

d. She asked him when Warner Theater closed.

e. She asked him when Warner Theater did close.

f. She asked him when Warner Theater does close.

Anonymous1. "Why have you got a rabbit in your arms?"
a. She asked him why he had got a rabbit in his arms.
b. She asked him why he had a rabbit in his arms.
Both are correct even though b. is technically wrong without got. The intended meaning is the same, though. You may people with bad English say c.

D. is wrong because the subject
