Reported speech

Hi teachers,

I have this sentence:
Baxter exclaimed, "That's Coke! He isn't going to get away this time!"
Are these two reported speech sentences right, according to the given one?
a) Baxter exclaimed (that) it was Coke and added (that) Coke wasn't going to get away that time
(to Halls).
b) Baxter exclaimed to Halls (that) it was Coke and added (that) Coke wasn't going to get away that
time.

Parentheses are optional words.

Thanks in advance
