I really don't understand what you are trying to say with the word "retain" in you first sentence. And do you mean "ideas" with the word "pitches"? Possibly this instead:

- If you have any new prospects or pitches (?) to submit (?) this week, please email them to me by tomorrow noon.

Actually, I'm asking for two things here; New prospects which are the deals they have just encountered during the week, and from those new prospects, they will do some pitchings for getting retained. These deals may take longer than a week.

If I understand you correctly, is this what you mean?

"As usual, please email me by noon tomorrow all the new prospects you have encountered during this week. And if you have encountered any promising prospects, kindly send me your ideas on how you would acquire them."
