Reported questions with which/what

If we have these two questions:
'Which is your favourite band'?
'What is your favourite band'?
She asked me which was my favourite band.
She asked me what my favourite band was.

Would it be possible to say 'She asked me which my favourite band was'?
What's the reason for the different word order?
Thanks a lot.
