Report writing practice

The image I've upload, which comes from my book, is the requiement for this pratice. The report below is my answer.

Title: Trainning requirement report on new recruits in sale department

A survey based on the current situation that the company has employed 20 new people in sales to support the increasing demand for Solar Panels, have been done recently to examine the performance of new recruits. The aim of this survey is also to find their weakness and to make recommendation on how perfermance can be improved.

During our survey we interviewd the 20 new recruits to try to know more about their thoughts and competence etc, and also collected the feedback from customers to know about their perfermance. Then we came to the following conclusions:

---Most of them were graduates before joining our company. So it is not surprise that they are all lack of sales experince.

---After working for a period time in our company, they feel they don't have much sales techniques and knowledge of our own products, and it's the fatal weakness for a sales.

---They don't know much about Solar Panels marketing, who shoud be their prospective customers.

---From customers' feedback, the customers can't get usefull information from the new sales.

In spite of the problems above, the positive things are that: all of them are very energetic to their work, and they love their job that be a salesman, also they like our company and culture. They believe if they can get some train in sales, then they can do a much better job.

With the information above, I think we should make a trainning plan for them and here is my recommendations for remedying the situation.

---Invite staff from our product department to give them the product knowledge trainning.

---Ask the senior salesman train them some sales technique.

---Seting sales targets for them to achive, if someone who can't reach the gaol that should be asked to leave.
