Report Format 'Opener'

Although there are a zillion formats, I was wondering which looked better to you -- 1 or 2.

Time first; then date:
1) At 2:20 pm, Thursday, March 3rd, 2001, ... .

2) On Thursday, March 3rd, 2001, at 2:20 pm, ... .
