So, even when they are in uni, do you also call it transcript, not report card?

When I was in university, we did not receive any record of class marks until the transcript at the end of the term. In any case, 'report cards' are for children's education.

My college mailed our report card to us at the end of every semester. It included your GPA for that semester, your cumulative GPA, and your class ranking in your major, your school, and the university, as well as the grades themselves.
