Hi,

Here're my report that I need you to correct for me I will need it today @17:00 PM .

1. Quality Objectives are not available on GRU Office. ( Recommendation 1)

2. Car Park Testing Machine Lost ticket was not implemented yet. ( Recommendation 2)

3. Terminal Cleaning Evaluation daily reports on 15 & 17 of June were lost. ( CA 1)

4. Apron Security / Safety Infringement ( FR TER 020) was not report since 27/12/07 and no longer in use (Recommendation 3)

5. Gas explode at the construction side extension escalator at apron side was burning legs on 01/04/2010,but was not clear between Security and Terminal Department who are responsible? (Recommendation 4).

6. Weekly check Terminal Trolley was not records on Mar, Apr and May. ( CA 2)

7. Weekly Testing AOCC & EOC equipments report did not ( CA 3 )

8. Flight control report (WI TER 003-02) Annex only 6 , but Annex 3 was missing . (Recommendation 5)
