I emailed a teacher and she replied "thank you". Should I email her back saying "you are welcome"

I wouldn't, unless you have a bit more to add. I recently received a thank-you note (in the regular mail) from a dinner guest. I emailed her, saying that her thank-you notes are always so prompt and gracious.

She replied by email, "Well, you are always the gracious host". So, I guess this is a thank-you followed by a thank-you, followed by a thank-you. Short, but cordial.
