Reply to an interview invitation

Hi!
I would appreciate any advice on how to reply to interview invitation. A company has sent me an email to schedule interview with me. They are willing to arrange it on morning or afternoon and gave me two days to choose from. I've written the answer but I'd be really grateful if someone could check it.

I am available on both days, Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th afternoons however Wednesday afternoon would suit me best due to travel arrangements that I need to make.

I would also like to as if it is appropriate to use Dr. title before the name in the salutation and if it is appropriate to end email with Yours sincerely or is it better to use With kind regards ? The person who sent me the invitation signed with Kind Regards.
