reply to an email

Hello everybody,

I always receive an email that I think that I am not the intended recipient. What should be my reply to them and also please check my grammar.

1. What is this all about? I always receive an email from both of you
or
2. You send an email to a wrong person. PLease check the email address of your intended recipient.
